CBS Crimesider cites police for the information of the DUI and authorities indicate that Kennedy's blood-alcohol level was over the legal limit of 0.08 at 0.11 percent.

According to the report, Ms. Kennedy had said she was headed to pick people up at a fair. The item adds that "police would not comment on whether anyone else was in the car when Kennedy was arrested or if she had a DUI lawyer."
Robert Kennedy Jr. is the son of former Senator Robert Kennedy and the nephew of President John F. Kennedy.
He has not commented on his wife'sDUI arrest.
